360° content is on everyone's lips. Samsung has pioneered the perfect integration of this trend into its own social media channels. For the Galaxy Gallery at BIKINI Berlin we invited selected Samsung Snapshooters to share their interpretation of the digital trend with us. The pictures they submitted were then curated by photographer Joachim Baldauf.
The Samsung Snapshooters are part of a brand-ambassador programme developed by us. We accompanied selected photographers from the initial briefing to the final day of the exhibition. At the same time, we supported Samsung and its lead agency Leo Burnett with the project management and provided them with advice. We also conceived and oversaw four making-of video productions for the creation of the 360° content. For this we brought Argos-Film on board as the production company. Visitors to the Galaxy Gallery could watch the finished videos with VR glasses, and for a few minutes immerse themselves in the Snapshooters' world.
It was a weirdly wonderful feeling to see one of my pictures blown up at the Galaxy Gallery. It shows my favourite location in Hamburg and my favourite gadget, the glass ball.
